About Northern Lights Aquatics Fish Blog
After a few stints with childhood fish, Jeff and Sarah, the owners of Northern Lights Aquatics, got a 30 gallon aquarium January of 2007.
Now they have 7 aquariums with an assortment of freshwater fish.
Their only saltwater tank contains two clownfish, a yellow tang, turbo snails, tiger nassarius snails, and astrea snails.
Sarah hopes that one day she will be brave enough to get some seahorses.
Jeff hopes that one day he will have enough space for a dogface puffer.
Jeff and Sarah also have discus, desert gobies (and fry), bumblebee gobies, a dwarf puffer, a figure 8 puffer, a German Golden Ram, 8 German Blue Rams (and fry), Angelfish, Bushynose plecos, clown plecos, guppies, mollies, platies, harlequin rasboras, slender rasboras, assorted cory cats, a siamese algae eater, two false siamese algae eaters, 2 male bettas, 1 female betta, and 2 African Dwarf Frogs.
They are currently trying to breed German Rams (Update: Woo hoo Jeff did it!), and in the future they’d like to try breeding discus.
